1. Right to Refund
You have the right to get a refund within 7 days if product is in brand new condition and never worn. If product is not in brand new condition we will refuse the right to a refund.
2. Refund Period
The refund period will expire after 7 days from the day on which you purchase retail merchandise.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us [Howlin Wind Brewing, [email protected]] of your decision to cancel this order by a clear statement.
4. The Cancellation Deadline
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
5. Effects of cancellation
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments that we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, that result from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer) immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the day we received your notification of your revocation of this contract. For the refund we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund in any case.
6. Right of Retention
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
7. Return Shipping
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Howlin Wind Brewing, 51 A Main Street, Rollinsville, CO 80474, without undue delay and in any event not later than 10 days from the day on which you communicate your order cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 10 days has expired.
8. Costs of Return Shipping
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
9. Value Replacement for the Delivery of Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
